Great Toaster
I purchased this because I have all stainless appliances and it looks great in the kitchen. It also works like a dream. It is sturdy and easy to operate.

Not to Fast
I found the toaster to be very slow in timing to making toast , bagels, engish muffins, dose not pop up fast. Expample, I put in a bagel with the bagel button,
it took almost 4 minutes. Toast almost 3 minutes. Not to happy.

We are very happy with this toaster, it's great!
The features on this toaster are simple and efficient, I even value the shorter power cord because I need a shorter length to reach a nearby outlet. We are pleased that it toasts evenly on both sides of a piece of bread too! We haven't tried using a bagel yet, but the wide slots are obviously big enough to accommodate them. The look and operation of this toaster are excellent and true to the catalog's description. Beautiful-thank you!

Perfect
My wife and I have looked for a good toaster for years. This one is perfect. The bread comes out evenly toasted on both sides, and consistently on the same settings. The bagel setting lets us toast the inside of a dinner roll (leftover from Thanksgiving) and not the already nicely browned outside. We love it!

Attractive design, but it all ends there.
I had high hopes for this toaster, in design, ease of cleaning, but most of all performance. Right out of the box, it never toasted properly and I was quite upset to see it takes over 5 minutes to toast a piece of bread for a medium outcome. English muffins had to be put through twice just to get slightly browned. The bottom line is I am returning it and will continue my quest for a toaster that actually toasts.

Great Toaster
This is the first KitchenAid toaster we've ever purchased and it turned out to be the best toaster we've ever had. Toasts evenly on both sides of both bread and English muffins. The bagel setting works wonderfully for toasted bagels -- nice and crispy on the cut side of the bagel. The toasting process itself seems to take a little longer than what we've become accustomed to with other brands of toasters, however, the outcome is well worth the wait. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. The only con I have with the item is lack of available color choices. Would like to see something other than stainless and/or black.

Super Toaster
This toaster is the best we have ever owned. The controls are reliable, it toasts evenly every time and the bagel option works very well. The price is right, it is easy to maintain and looks good on the counter. Highly recommended.
