Love that it has no long handles to make it hard to store. Also pretty enough to put on the table to serve in.

I have used this skillet several times since purchase. Foods don't stick when used properly. The temperature stays constant. I like the stability of the skillet. It does not slide on the counter because the rubber feet prevent this.

Super Duper!
I'm loving the extra large size of the 16" skillet. It easily handles the large quantities I cook up for my growing kiddos, and I'm having surprisingly few problems with sticking. Heating is even, and cooking is a pleasure. Perfect!

Great purchase.
I have been very pleased with my new skillet. The flatness of the cooking surface allows oil to spread out evenly. The 16 inch is just great for cooking large quantities of Ocra.

Chef electric skillet performance
The 16inch size is perfect for paella and dishes that one normally had to use a pot, now I have the advantage of a large browning surface and deep sides for volume. The heating controls are very good and the convenience of water immersion makes life easier.
Was looking for a metal surface in an electric skillet and this is the answer.

This electric fry pan is the best.
Love this pan! Large for making good food that is not crammed in.

Quality product, must be broken in.
I liked this skillet and the quality. You can wash it up easily. It does have a heavy manufacturing smell, which is a bit offensive, but perhaps will dissipate in time. i think it is the plastic feet.

Glad I went with the Best 1st
Seems if one wants an all Stainless Steel Skillet this one is the way to go. I have the 12" model and it is bigger than I had imagined. I can't imagine even wanting the 16" model without AT LEAST 3 mouths to feed at the same sitting.
I seasoned it using 1 lb of bacon which overall seems to have worked quite well. I didn't put oil in the pan with the bacon. If I had it to do over again I would. You can see where each piece of bacon from the first batch of the pound laid. All consecutive batches left no sign they were ever in the pan. Sure, I could get the cleaning stuff and remove the "shadows" of where each 1st piece of bacon laid, but that defeats the purpose of "seasoning" in the 1st place.
After seasoning with the bacon I've "pan-fried" (fillets sitting on top of a thin layer of oil) numerous (maybe a dozen or so) small fillets of Alaskan Flounder and none have stuck to the bottom of the pan in conjunction with Extra Virgin Olive Oil to any extent worth talking about, with or without an ultra thin layer of corn starch covering the fillets (never actually breaded any of them). This was done at ~365°F. Don't know if they would have stuck before seasoning the pan with the pound of bacon, as I didn't fry up anything before seasoning with pound of bacon.
Overall I completely love it...easy clean up...heats up fast!...perfectly flat interior surface so oil doesn't pool but rather spreads out evenly and seamlessly...see-through tempered glass lid w/steam hole...4 short solid rubber-soled feet for excellent stability and durability...handles stay cool enough to the touch w/o pot holders...nice cord length!...and completely submersible with the cord unit unplugged.
Glad I went with the best 1st!!! As a few others have mentioned it has practically made my stove top obsolete. Love it and HIGHLY recommend it!
And of course with getting it through CHEFS it arrived sooner than expected. Thanks CHEFS!
