Great muffin pan
This is an excellent stoneware muffin pan. It cooks evenly and gives great results. I find that it puts a pleasant crust on the outside of whatever you might be cooking. I've used the pan to cook muffins, miniature savory pies, and even miniature meatloafs and meatballs. I'll never go back to those cheap aluminum or stainless steel muffin pans that are often treated with chemical non-stick coatings which always wear out and need to be replaced. I expect this pan to last a lifetime. Handmade in Ohio!

GREAT BAKING
This stoneware muffin pan has great features. Absolutely non stick, muffins brown beautifully, sturdy - you can use a knife on the surface and easy clean-up. What more would you want in a muffin pan. It's the best muffin pan I've used.

Superb!
Wanted a silicone muffin pan but can't find them. So I thought I would try a baking stone, I am so glad I did. Easy to clean and bakes evenly. Fantastic!

WOW, best I've used
I got my Hartstone muffin pans yesterday and already made a batch of whole grain, blueberry and walnut muffins in them. The pans worked very well, baking the muffins very evenly and giving them a nice golden crust. I was suprised how easily the muffins popped right out even though I didn't oil them before using (as per the instructions). The surface of the pan is really great. It is very durable, didn't absorb anything during use and is non-stick without using any weird plastic teflon coating. The pans also cleaned up very easily and have a beautiful simple appearance to them. These are my new favorites and I will be buying the whole set. The very best part of these is that I knew my purchase was supporting workers in Ohio in a factory that abided by environmental and worker standards. Thank you Hartstone for making these in the USA.

I don't know why mine stick
I really don't know why everyone else's say they don't stick and mine do. My first batch was ruined from sticking. I followed the instructions. I will try again. I like them and think it's not the fault of the pan though. Nice idea, I will try again.
