Nice [inexpensive] set of paring knives
The cutting board is small (+/- 14"x6") but of Wusthof quality. The knives/peeler have plastic handles and look kind of cheap ... BUT the blue paring knife has become my new favorite. Perfect size and razor sharp. I got this set on sale for $22, so I wasn't expecting much and was happily surprised. Good deal!

great kitchen combo
The essentials set is a terrific deal. The cutting board is perfect for cutting and serving cheese and the knives are essential kitchen sharps. great price. great gift for newly weds.

Wusthof Knife 5pc colored set
Another outstanding product from Wusthof. Knives. They are easy to handle and comfortable. Vast uses for all knives, but I must admit I'm learning how to use the yellow bird's beak paring knife...(love the challenge!). I purchased several of these gift sets for friends as Christmas gifts and I know they will love them. Having owned Wusthof knives in the past, I knew I couldn't go wrong with this one.

Nice as a starter gift
The cutting board if very nice and just the right size for smaller things, the knives are sharp and just right for vegetable prep but, the peeler...........not so great. I have a couple others that are much nicer. It would be a very nice gift for a new bride or for the student going away to college.

These knives are eye catching!
I was very pleased when my knives arrived. They are brightly colored which makes using them more FUN. They are a great product and will be constantly in use. Thank you for jazzing them up a bit!

Worth it!
I wasn't sure initially about Wusthof knives with a plastic handle...but the one with the yellow handle is a wicked little knife! I use it on almost everything. The potato peeler is a bust (sorry Wusthof) and the other two knives are fair to middlin' but as another customer stated, "It was worth it just for the cutting board!" That's the truth!
Nice little set all in all and for the price you can't go wrong!

I bought this set for the variety of the knives. It contains knives I didn't already have and all in one set. The bonus is the cutting board which is now my favorite for smaller tasks because of the length---roomier than other boards of approximately the same size.
