The best mustard ever!
The texture, flavor, and taste are beyond comparison. I am a big fan of this mustard. The bold flavor is great on lamb, chicken or fish. It's a must have in your pantry!

The Best Ever!
I have been buying mustard from France for years. There are many different varieties. But the one with cognac, I love the best. It is great in sandwiches, in marinades, and dressings. Try it you will like it.

Good stuff
There's mustard then there's real mustard. this is truly above your average mustard. sharp yet sweet . will never regret purchasing this at all.

Not as I remember
I first had this mustard at a party in Greenwich Village in the early 80's. It was served as a spread for little toast points.. Fabulous .. We killed the jar. Loved it and could get it many places in NY for about $15.
Now it cost double and I think the formula has changed.. Very harsh flavor, too acidic,not at all the really smooth stuff of yesteryear.

I love this mustard! Hands down wonderful . I have used this product for 30 yrs and there is nothing like it... flavour, texture, flavour!!! I am hungry just thinking about it... DO NOT WAIT!! just order it already!!!

Magnifique!
Here's the deal - mustard on sandwiches, mustard in sauces, mustard as a condiment etc.... So - you take 3 tbls of this mustard and 1 tbl of molasses and mix. Now, coat a seasoned, slightly foured wrack of lamb with the mixture, and press-in 1/2 cups of ground hazelnuts. Roast at 375 for 45 minutes and "voila"! No other mustard has the balance of flavors, acidity and coarseness; its addictive.
