This is a great product. We discovered it at a b&b in Georgia when we asked the chef's omelette secret. It's magic. The breakfast slides off the pan like butter - but you don't need butter. I have become a famous cook, at least in our home. We will soon order a second one for our vacation home.

An excellent product, delivers as advertised.
We have been cooking pancakes and omelets since it arrived with great results. Using no butter, or oil products, the nonstick surface has performed just as advertised. The low-cut sides make it a dream for flipping and serving. It is not lite, but there is a good reason for that. Highly recommended.

Our Third Swiss Diamond Pan
We love Swiss Diamond products. We have a smaller fry pan, a large fry pan and now the Crepe Pan. My husband is hard on pans and these he can't destroy by poking a fork in them.

Amazing piece of cookware!
This pan is all and more than it was described to be! I originally intended it to be primarily a pan for crepes. They are the special treat my grandsons look forward to tthe next morning when they have a sleep-over at Grandma's house. I have since found it to make great grilled sandwiches/paninis because of the even heat distribution it maintains. It is also easily washed. I'm so impressed with the quality of this item, I have already shown it to friends...and my daughter-in-law. It is nice to know that one purchase will last a lifetime, with proper care! I am a retired pastry chef....this kind of quality never used to be available to the average consumer! Thank you!

Incredible pan!
I've had a lot of pans over the last 40, or so years. Some great - some not. This one is great.
This pan made by Swiss Diamond is heads and shoulders above the rest. Wow! This thing is well made and nice looking too - a little pricey, but as we all know; you get what you pay for.
To top it off - Chef's Catalog is such a pleasure to deal with.

Goliath lifts pan
With the strength of Goliath you are able to lift this pan to swirl crepe or omelet batters. You need to reserve a little of your strength to get the pan from the stove top to the sink to wash as well as when you get the pan from the sink to your storage place. The pan heats evenly!

Swiss Diamond Crepe Pan
This is a great crepe/egg pan. Durable. I have ordered several items from Chefs and they are so helpful. If you want great customer service, order from Chefs. I can always depend on them.

Swiss Diamond breakfast and crepe pan
I gave up on other touted non stick pans. I found I was buying a new one every two years.
Recently I purchased a Swiss Diamond breakfast & crepe pan and a low sided square grill to fry my eggplant in.
WOW. It is a new experience - truly the best non stick pans I have used in 40 years!
