It's about time!!!!!!!!! This piece of B B Q equipment has been a long, long time of waiting for me.....I have been using cedar planks and other flavored planks for years and years now and always have had trouble in taking the food off of the plank, or the plank off of the grill; But now with the addition of a TRAY my job as a gourmet cook has become so much easier. I didn't even take a second to order one for my friend in San Diego, Ca.
