WORKS WELL
Keeps crust from overbrowning as intended. A little touchy to get it to stay closed, but I really do like this product.

Like the bright color and works great.
This product is great! The crust comes out a nice golden brown with no more burning on the edges. The bright color is nice also. I would recommend this to anyone. If you want to put it in the dishwasher just make sure you put it on the top. Stores easily and takes hardly no room at all. Mine just lay flat on top of each other in the corner of the drawer. If you make pies buy this product. You'll love it!

Having lots of fruit trees I bake many pies. I love, love, this product. I often bake 20 pies during the fruit season with many different size pie pans, and this product adjust to any size.

The piecrust Shield works great.
I love it! It's so much better than using foil, which is always difficult to put around the crust and most often falls off when I pick up the pie or buy the time I place the pie on the oven rack.

Great product
I previously used foil around the edges and on my last elderberry pie the foil stuck to the crust and pulled off parts of the crust when foil was removed.
The Silicone Pie Shield worked perfect. The edge of the crust was the same golden color as the rest of the pie without any burning on the edges.

Finally a workable shield
Finally, a REALLY adjustable shield that is easy to use, easy to clean and actually works !!! No more tin foil or keeping hard metal shields in all sizes in my cupboards. (which never seem to fit the pans I use) All I can say is THANK YOU. Great product.

If it was only longer
I bought this to go around one of the chantal pie plates. Low and behold, it was large enought to completely cover the plate. It works fine on regular pie pans but not the chantal.
