Best ever in non-stick pan
I am totally satisfied with the pan. It is truly non-stick. I am also delighted that it has a perfectly flat bottom. I have other pans that are presumably 'high end', but the bottom has a slight curve so they do not make good contact with the heating element. I selected this pan instead of a similar skillet because of the ear handles. I stores more easily than a long handled skillet and is a better shape for oven dishes.
I hope it continues to do well over time.

Best pan I ever purchased
This is definitely this best pan: cooking wise, appearance, cleans easily, healthy cooking and no stick surface.

Ceramic no need for oil or butter
I love this pan for stems. Sauteing meats with oil. cooking without oil or butter. never put this pan away

GREAT pans!
Received the 8" frypan as a gift and loved it! Bought the 5 quart saute pan with lid and LOVE it! So we decided to add the 12" Everyday Pan with Domed Cover as well. Can't say enough about these pans....they cook better than my Le Creuset pans and are completely non-stick and so easy to clean. Other reviews that mentioned warping I believe are from the black exterior ones....these stainless steel pans are made extremely well and do not warp. Don't hesitate to buy them.

Though I have only used this non-stick everyday pan for a couple of weeks I find that it works perfectly and that the non-stick properties seem superior to the other kinds of non-stick surfaces I have cooked with.

This pan is a dream to use and to clean
We actually purchased 3 of these. One for myself and one for each son. We all like to cook and were interested in the ceramic no chemical residual type cookware. We all love our pans . Mine stays on my stove top as I use it daily. Prepare breakfast or saute veggies. I plan on purchasing more of the green gourmet in other sizes/ configurations.
Great product and SS tri ply conducts heat beautifully.

It does the job
I bought this skillet because I needed 1 big pan that was nonstick with the new type of "Green "bottom. I have an induction stove and getting the right type of cookware has been a pain without spending a lot of money.
