Great bargain
I don't need a meat slicer often but when I do I want something that performs well and is reliable. I can't afford a top of the line slicer but this one really does a thoroughly admirable job. It is a little bit of a pain to clean up but I suspect all slicers would be. I was absolutely and totally delighted with its performance and would recommend it to anyone who simply cannot afford a top of the line slicer. This one does a great job.

Great
The slicer works great, but I wish I had gotten a little larger slice area (old age has a way of my not thinking things through before I act).......I hate having to cut big roasts in half but it works very very well.

Item very easy to clean and put together. Very happy with fast shipping and condition of item when it arrived . Works as advertised. This item replaced an old unit I had for over 20 years and it definitely a step up from the previous slicer I owned.

i had an old style slicer about 20 years old
didn't realize how out of date it was tell i got
this slicer. the only thing is when you slice you
need to hold the dial or you won't get the same
thickness which really isn't that much hassel

Great product
I've been searching for a home meat slicer that was more like a commercial. This one meets that. It is much louder than your deli slicers, but cuts nice and smooth. Very easy to clean up. I bought this slicer so I can make my own bacon.

Great home slicer
I've used this slicer for home roasted turkey breasts and baked ham. As others have mentioned here, I'd love to see the platform larger, as I have to cut the roasted meat in half to fit it on the slicer.
The slider is smooth and even to work with. I do have a challenge getting my slices "deli thin," but that might be more practice needed on my part.
Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent
I bought this slicer as a gift for my mother-in-law. She is very pleased. This slicer is great quailty. When she took it out of the box, she couldn't wait to use it. Needless to say, it worked great.

I am very happy with this product.
I bought this slicer for my husband who always buys meats/cold cuts in bulk. His biggest challenge was to slice a large proscuitto and make it thin enough as you would buy it in the deli. After a few trys he was able to slice it the way he liked it. I haven't tried it yet on a roast beef or ham. It is now his new "toy" and he can't wait to use it on another product.
