Best one ever
Very accurate! The 'hold' button is especially handy. It allows you to quickly place the probe, remove your hand, wait about two seconds, reach in and push the hold button. You then can read the temperature in comfort without your hand getting too hot or burned.

This thermometer quickly reads temperatures.
The Taylor Commercial Digital Instant Thermometer quickly read and displayed the temperature of the pork cutlets I cooked. They were quite moist and delicious.
Having such a dependable product to determine food temperatures brings a new level to my cooking. I no longer have to guess about the doneness of my food. Thanks!

Fast and efficient
I've been needing a digital thermometer for quite sometime (i had a very poor inaccurate one) so when I recieved this in the mail and used it for the first time I was very happy with how fast it read internal temperatures and how easy it was to read as well. Very glad I spent the money on this great product, definetely a must have!

Very cheaply made--arrived with dead battery
I'm definitely returning this thermometer, as it's very cheaply made, and came with a dead battery. It's made me think twice about ever ordering a Taylor product again, or even from Chef's, because this product had been sitting around the warehouse long enough for the battery to die. Very disappointing, to say the least. The only reason it got even one star from me was because I couldn't submit this review with a no-star rating.
