great new mats
My husband has a bad knee, after standing on the mats, He told me, I needed to get a couple more. I have RA and the mats are great for my whole body, after spending the time to cook, I am not in so much pain, as standing on the floor.

How Did I EVER Live Without This?
I can't believe all the time I've spent over the years with sore feet and stiff ankles from standing for hours filling tens of mini cupcake tins or reducing something on the stove that needed constant stirring WITHOUT MY GELPRO MAT!!!! I actually purchased a second one because CHEFS Catalog has the best prices and I've never been disappointed from something I purchased from them. This is one of my best purchases ever!

I WILL NOT COOK WITHOUT MY GEL-MATS
After 40 years of back-breaking cooking marathons for holidays, gatherings and extended visits, I was at the point of saying âno more cooking for meâ at these events because it was simply too painful and took upwards of three days to physically recover. My lower back screamed, my upper back felt as though someone had driven two railroad spikes through each shoulder blade, and my feet (arches and heels especially) refused to go another step and my knees would start to give out without warning.
THEN I DISCOVERED THE GEL-MATS in a local kitchen shop. I snatched one up after standing on it in the store for 10 minutes for our anniversary, which is just days away from Thanksgiving. With the Gel-Mat under my feet, I cooked up the usual food storm with pleasure and ease and comfort â for the first time in years there was no having to recover from extended cooking activity. The original 3-ft mat is now in my husbandâs workshop (he had hip replacement surgery three years ago), and I just bought the 6-ft and 4-ft mats in the new design/color for our kitchen, for the stove and sink areas, respectively. Iâll be buying another mat for my sewing room soon to make standing to iron and cut fabric as comfortable as cooking is.
I WILL NOT COOK WITHOUT MY GEL-MATS UNDERFOOT. And I am not kidding when I say that I will bring them with me if I ever have to cook in someone elseâs kitchen for a gathering.

we had just installed new wood floors,and having used antifatigue mats in our food service locations, we found gelpro at chefs and are happy with appearance as well as protection for floors.

Great relief for plantar fasciitis
I hare only recently experienced this foot discomfort. My sister bought a gel area mat for her kitchen at the last after Christmas sale in Walmart so I decided to get the same for myself. Unfortunately, Walmart no longer sells it.
I am glad I found one online and my feet don't have to suffer for the simple task of washing dishes.

Bliss for your aching arches.
I would recommend/ suggest/ tell you to get these at all cost; get them from chefs catalog and your cost will be less than the love/ comfort your feet & back will experience while accomplishing whatever you need to do.
