Pleased with Kaiser Molds
Kaiser molds are very durable and make a nice presentation for yeast breads, quick breads, and I would venture to say gel molds too, although I haven't tried that yet. I am always pleased with purchases from Chef's.

Great Bread Pan
We bake bread on a weekly basis. We usually make a braided bread. This bread pan eliminates having to braid the dough.

Made the dough in my Bread machine and then poured it into the well greased pan. Bread came out GREAT!

I love this pan! I no longer have to braid my bread, as this pan gives me that "braided" look without the work. I brush the bottom with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt (or sometime some herbs) before putting the dough in...bake..unmold..serve with softened butter and wait for the rave reviews.
Nothing tastes better than fresh warm home made bread. And having it look this nice is a great bonus.
Plus the pan cleans so easily.

This is a nice pan. I bake all our own bread and this allows for some variety.

top quality, heavy metal pan. makes a beautiful 1 1/2 # loaf. pan browns crust nicely. great for artian breads
