Feels so good to use
After aprox. 35 years I decided to buy a new pastry blender. Very happy that I did. This one feels so good to hold and I love the little sliding thing to clean the blades. Works better than my fingers :)

WOW
Oh my goodness!...This is just the best. My old one was getting kind of "over used". Decided to replace it and decided on the Progressive model. One of the main things that I like about it is the number of blades it has (the old one only had 3, so this one makes it allot easier..Oh WAIT...maybe the main thing I like about it is the sliding tab to clean it!. It's quick and easy to clean...the handle is much more comfortable compared to the older models.

loved ergonomic handle
I purchased the Progressive Pastry Blender with Cleaning Tab as gift for a professional baker who was hosting a baking class. Everyone attending loved the the self cleaning feature as well as the ergonomic handle and the extra height from the handle to the tines. All the reasons I purchased this item as a gift.

Solid handle and self cleaning feature is a plus.
I love the solid handle. My older pastry blender would roll in my hand and make my job a real chore. No problem with this pastry blender and now it's so easy to get all the blades clean with the cleaning tab then just swoosh around in hot soapy water and it's clean! Wonderful!

great little gadget
My husband is always complaining when he cleans my pastry blender. This little gizmo is definitely easier to clean with the cleaning tab, but still needs extra washing. Like the size of the grip handle too, and it is easy to manipulate.

great tool
replaced my old pastry blender with this new fangled one and I love it. It scraped the dough off each time and saves getting it all over your fingers/hands.
