Been looking for white porcelain soup bowls that were well constructed yet not bulky. These fit the bill nicely and handle well. I have tried them in the microwave and they work well. They seem to be long lasting but only time will tell in that category, which is why I stayed at a 4 rating.

Nice bowls
I got these because the bowls that came with my set of white china are quite shallow, and not what you want when eating cereal or ice cream. These bowls are a perfect addition to that set - nice and deep. And I like the simple design - elegant.
The one annoyance was that the stickers that are on the bottom of each bowl are not the easy-off kind. They're a pain to remove. Took lots of Goo Gone and picking and scrubbing to get them all off. But that's not really a problem with the dishes themselves.

Just what I wanted.
These bowls are perfect - handsome, good size, not too heavy. I've used them for cereal and for fruit. They hold the right amount and the contents look nice in them.

The bowls are generous in size. Just what I like. The porcelan finish is attractive

great bowls
searched long and hard for porcelain dishware to replace our ironstone dishes. White Ironstone tends to become blackened by using stainless silverware on it, porcelain does not . Good porcelain replacements are hard to find and these bowls really fill the bill!

Just Right!
These bowls were just what I was looking for. The size is perfect for chili, they look great, and come out of the dishwasher perfect.

The bowls get much hotter in the microwave than I would like. I have to use pot holders to handle them, but otherwise they are great. Just the size I was looking for.
