Perfect Size
I was looking for soup bowls that held more than 2 cups, which is what most that come in sets will hold but that is all the way up to the rim. If you're heating in the microwave with those bowls, boiling overflow is inevitable. These bowls hold more and still allow safe heating in the microwave. Extremely happy with this purchase.

The 'perfect' size bowls
These bowls can be used on the dining table, as attractive dinnerware and/or in the kitchen for food preparation. They are the ideal shape and size.

Great Bowls
My husband likes a substantial bowl for cereal, soup, chili beans, etc. These are just the right size.
There is no spill-over since they are large enough that there is no need to fill them to the top for a serving. Very satisfied with purchase.

Been looking for white porcelain soup bowls that were well constructed yet not bulky. These fit the bill nicely and handle well. I have tried them in the microwave and they work well. They seem to be long lasting but only time will tell in that category, which is why I stayed at a 4 rating.

Nice bowls
I got these because the bowls that came with my set of white china are quite shallow, and not what you want when eating cereal or ice cream. These bowls are a perfect addition to that set - nice and deep. And I like the simple design - elegant.
The one annoyance was that the stickers that are on the bottom of each bowl are not the easy-off kind. They're a pain to remove. Took lots of Goo Gone and picking and scrubbing to get them all off. But that's not really a problem with the dishes themselves.

Great Bowls for Anything!!
We use these for ice cream, soup, cereal, etc. - they are great looking, hold a lot, and easy to clean!

Great White Poreclain Bowls
I'm thrilled with my new bowls. They are sturdy and a great size for soup and cereal. I've been looking for this size for a long time. They arrived very well packed which is always a relief. They are a pure white and go nicely with my French white poreclain dishes. My only wish, that they were made in USA. I'm happy with them and would highly recommend.
