Finally Big Porcelain Cup
I have been looking for 16 oz porcelain mugs for years, and these are perfect. Good handles, nice heft, and easy to clean.

not bad
Purchased these mugs because I can't find the English porcelain Royal Worcester plain white 16 oz mug "gourmet". These are similar but heavier in the hand and the handle is a little less comfortable. If you're not cursed with a need for fine porcelain, this is a very good mug.

Great size, comfortable handle
These mugs are just the right size I needed to use with my single serve coffee maker. I tend to use the large mug serving and my old mugs were too small. These are sturdy mugs. If you are looking for fine china this is not the mug for you. If you are looking for a sturdy mug with a comfortable handle that hold 14 to 16 oounces this is the mug for you. A couple of the mugs arrived broken and an email to customer service was promptly answered and the issue solved quickly and politely. A+ for customer service. The mugs only come in white but that was fine with me.

Terrible! Going to send them back.
Were said to be restaurant quality, but they look like rejects on the 'defective' table at the pottery. They have all sorts of imperfections under the glaze, and are terribly heavy, and look more like something at the cheapest all night greasy spoon rather than restaurant quality. No way!

The PERFECT Coffee Mug
I've had these cups before, and we loved them. Finally I had only five left... not enough, And they had grey spoon marks inside that I couldn't remove. Well...they were at least twelve years old. I looked almost everywhere for these mugs and couldn't find them. I had given up on ever finding them again. Then I looked at the Chef's website. They were waiting there for me. Ordered a dozen, and they are perfect! Just the right size and shape. Not a cheap pottery mug, these are porcelin, and they are stackable.. My order was processed and my mugs arrived so fast! Great service! Love Chefs Catalog!
