Use and Care
• Mauviel M'Stone2 cookware is dishwasher-safe
• Before first use and after each use, wash the stock pot in the dishwasher or in warm water with a mild soap or dish detergent. Use a sponge or soft dish cloth and do not use steel wool or other metal cleaning pads. Rinse the cookware thoroughly and dry immediately.
• On an induction cook top, never use the Booster function. Always cook over low to medium heat. Do not overheat an empty pan, as this can lead to irreparable damage. Food can be cooked without oil or fat, but a little butter, margarine or oil improves the browning and crispness of certain foods.
• To safeguard the interior surface of the cookware, it is best to use only plastic, wooden or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and metal beaters may scratch the cooking surface. Never cut food in your Mauviel nonstick ceramic cookware.
• The Mauviel M'Stone2 cookware is oven- and broiler-safe up to 482 degrees F. Always use oven mitts to remove the hot cookware from the oven.
