The heavy-gauge 7-layer construction of this Scanpan CTX wok allows the even heating that allows stir-fry ingredients to cook at a uniform temperature. Thick, pressure-cast aluminum and stainless-steel layer provides exceptional cooking results, without hot or cold spots.
