Use and Care
• Before use, wipe the Curtis Stone 'Workbench' cutting board with scrap bin with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
• After use, scrub with a warm, soapy soft scourer and dry immediately. Do not use a metal scourer.
• Store thick cutting board in a clean dry area, allowing air to circulate around the board.
• Do not wash block cutting board in the dishwasher or soak or submerge in water as this will damage the natural properties of the wood.
• To maintain natural wood properties after cleaning, wipe over sparingly with natural mineral oil.
• Remember wood is flammable and should never be placed in oven or near cooktop.
• Waste disposal drawer, measuring cups and scoop are all dishwasher-safe, but hand washing and drying immediately after use is recommended.
• To prevent scratching and retain the sheen on the stainless steel-items, do not clean with an abrasive cloth or cleaners.
