Use and Care
• To clean your 7" ceramic Kyocera chef's knife, hand wash with water and liquid dish soap and wipe knife dry. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
• Ceramic kitchen knives are intended to complement-not replace-your other cutlery. Use steel knives for carving, prying, boning, cutting frozen foods and slicing cheese.
• Ideal for straight cuts of fruits, vegetables and boneless meats. Use with a wood or plastic cutting board.

When the 7" ceramic knife no longer performs to your liking, simply send the knife to the Kyocera U.S. headquarters, paying only for shipping and handling.
