Use and Care
• The 9" pie plate is dishwasher-safe, although hand washing will help protect the bakeware's finish. If washing the pie dish by hand, use a soft sponge or soft cloth to help protect the cooking surface.
• When transferring the ceramic pie plate from the freezer or refrigerator, always let the pan warm to room temperature before heating in the oven or microwave.
• The ceramic pie plate is oven- and microwave-safe to 350 F. Always use protective oven mitts when handling a hot pie dish.
• Do not plunge your hot pie plate into water; wait for the dish to cool to room temperature.
