Use and Care
• The Harold Import Company lasagna pan is dishwasher-safe, although hand washing will maintain the finish longer. If washing the casserole dish by hand, use a soft sponge or soft cloth to help protect the cooking surface.
• When transferring the 9" x 13" baking dish from the freezer or refrigerator, always let the pan warm to room temperature before heating in the oven or microwave.
• Do not plunge your hot lasagna pan into water; wait for the dish to cool to room temperature.
