Use and Care
The Harold Import Company lasagna pan is dishwasher-safe, although hand washing will maintain the finish longer. If washing the casserole dish by hand, use a soft sponge or soft cloth to help protect the cooking surface.
When transferring the 9" x 13" baking dish from the freezer or refrigerator, always let the pan warm to room temperature before heating in the oven or microwave.
Do not plunge your hot lasagna pan into water; wait for the dish to cool to room temperature.
