• Glass lid is oven-safe to 450 F but not safe for broiler use.
• The cookware lid is dishwasher-safe, but hand washing helps protect the cookware's finish. To clean by hand, use a liquid dishwashing detergent and a nonabrasive sponge or soft bristle brush.
