Use and Care
• Before using your 12" Calphalon nonstick everyday pan for the first time, hand wash in warm, sudsy water and dry thoroughly.
• Everyday pan is oven-safe to 450 F but not safe for broiler use. The cookware is safe for gas, ceramic, glass, electric and halogen stove tops.
• Your 12" Calphalon everyday pan is safe for use with gas, electric coil, electric flattop, halogen, and glass ceramic stove tops.
• Use with nylon, coated or wooden utensils to protect the cookware surface.
• Allow pan to cool completely before washing. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water as this may cause irreparable warping.
• Hand wash only, not dishwasher-safe. Never place cookware in an automatic dishwasher, or use abrasive cleaning pads or cleansers that can damage the pan and void the warranty. Clean with a liquid dishwashing detergent and a nonabrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. For stubborn spots on the exterior only, use Bar Keeper's Friend cleanser and a nonabrasive sponge.
