This 4-piece grate and store set includes 2 interchangeable snap-on grating blades: fine and medium that store conveniently inside the lid. Fine blade is perfect to zest citrus fruit, chocolate or nutmeg. Medium blade grates soft cheese such as cheddar or Swiss or hard blocks of Parmesan or Romano. Medium blade also converts the grater into a shaker to dispense shredded cheese and season Italian dishes, salads or casseroles. Extra-sharp straight-edge blades grate directly into base. Convenient volume markings on the base let you measure while grating, eliminating the use of separate measuring cups.

Pre-measure up to 2 cups of grated cheese, onions, carrots or potatoes in the base and store using the clear lid. Santoprene base rim ensures nonslip grating.
