LOVE THIS PAN
I JUST PURCHASES THIS PAN & IT'S THE ONLY PAN I'VE USED SINCE. I GOT THE 12'' & PLANNING ON PURCHASING THE OTHER 2 SIZES. IT'S PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO ARE WATCHING THEIR FAT INTAKE NEED NO OIL OR BUTTER TO FRY IN IT. CLEAN UP IS A BREEZE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PAN

Excellent quality at an affordable price
I use All-Clad pots and pans and have never had a problem with them. I am a foodie who loves to cook and to watch cooking shows. I kept noticing these frying pans on several of the shows. After doing some investigation I was surprised to see a quality non-toxic non-stick pan that actually was reasonably priced considering the quality. I ordered the 12" for me and love it. I would recommend it to everyone. I purchased another one for my mom and am going get a smaller one for me and one for my friend as a kitchen-warming present, since she is re-doing her kitchen!

I bought one for a daughter. Then I had to get one for me and for the other daughters. We all love this skillet. Only wish it had a lid.

Excellent product!
I've commented before (for an 11-inch pan) on the thermion surface -- perfectly nonstick, excellent searing capability. That all holds true here as well. I continue to see this as a real break-through item in the cooking world. This particular pan is a bit more steep-sided than I had expected, but that hasn't been a real problem because of the superior release that the surface gives.

Best non-stick frying pan I have owned.
The pan is on the heavy side when lifting to drain liquid and/or clean, but we all need to get stronger, or I do. Wonderful non-stick surface makes "frying" with little or no oil a delight. The pan cleans easily and quickly. I actually dislike ordering on-line unless I have actually touched the product in the store . . . could not find the pan in my city, so I took a chance; I feel incredibly smart in my selection.

Best purchase this year!
These pans are everything and more based on the advertising and my personal use.
I just love them. They clean easier and cook evener that any kitchen item I have. I liked my first pan so much, that I purchased two more in other sizes through "Chefs" . I wish they came in pots as well. And, to make it even sweeter, they were all on sale!!!!!

This is unbelievable, but believe it...
I have only had these frying pans for about a month or so. I use them all the time. I cook with a fork if I am cooking eggs. I can eat them right out of the pan. There is no change to the surface. Everything wipes off with a soft cloth. I can store them inside of each other without worrying about scratching. I just handle them with reasonable respect.
I do, however, have two complaints. The first is that they don't sell lids to go with these pans. I bought them from Farberware, and those fit perfectly. The second is that they don't make other kinds of pots with this magnificent surface.
If you don't see any other posts from me, that means everything is 100%. If anything bad happens, you can be sure I will come back and tell everyone in CAPITAL LETTERS!!!
