What a machine!
Very powerful food processor. Easy to use and to clean. I like the "utility box" to keep blades and pins.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Appliance!!!!
Before buying the Breville Food Processor, I owned a different brand. While the "other" brand was good, the Breville is far superior to the other brand. It processes food in seconds, it is so quiet you don't even realize it is finished processing. It is fast, efficient and fun to use. I make up reasons to use it!!! I used it about 20 or 30 times in the first few days after I got it. My husband bought it for me for our anniversary and it is the nicest thing he's EVER bought me! It is worth every penny! My husband used it first, because he wanted to see how well it would perform. He didn't put it together right or something even though he followed the directions exactly (really? a man following directions????) Anyway, he chipped a piece of the cover somehow. I sent an email to Breville USA customer service thinking that I might get a new cover replacement. Their customer service is so awesome, they apologized for any inconvenience I experienced and said they are sending us a replacement cover, mini work bowl and shredder disc! Now that is pretty great customer service.

Absolutely love love love this machine. I like it better than any other brand. First time I owned a Breville. Machine is a beast. It mixes, slices, and grates really well. There are so many useful attachments that come with it. If you are in the market for a processor research this one. Can't understand why we haven't heard more about this machine.

Awesome Food Processor
Breville has done it again! Perfected a much needed kitchen appliance for today's cooks. Love using this food processor over other processors that I have purchased in the past. The adjustable slicing blade actually WORKS! Had my potatoes sliced in no time for scalloped potatoes, used it for slicing celery extra thin for bean salad, & perfect tomato & onion slices for salads and sandwiches. Easy to clean and looks beautiful on my kitchen counter.

A workhorse
Just received my new Sous Chef food processor. I have only used it once and learned two things. The manual says not to grate cheese, but Consumer Reports says the design flaw was corrected. The new model BFP800XL/A has this enhancement. Mine appears to be the older BFP800XL. I have to call the company for the new blade and lid which are supposedly free.
The other thing I learned is that the blade will not turn unless the "pusher" is engaged in the feeder chute. I'm sure that is for safety, but that means I must cut everything I feed down the chute into about a 4" tall piece. (Think cucumbers, potatoes, blocks of cheese).
Still, it seems like a quality product.

Never knew what I was missing in my kitchen
Had always wondered how handy a food processor would be in my kitchen and now I know. The Breville is made very well. It is sturdy and easier to use than I expected. I am discovering new ways to prepare different things and really enjoy using my new kitchen helper.

Outstanding performance
This is by far the best food processor I have ever used. It is sturdy (no wobbling or movement), able to handle large jobs and easy to clean (no teeny crevices). It is well worth the price.
