Wonderful Pie Pan
This is much greater than discribed!! No stick, just cut and left with a plastic lettuce knife/cutter. Keeps the crust fantastic. I purchased this for my cherry pie, using two cans of sour cherries
and ALL the juice, otherwise follow recipe on back of the can label of "Oregon Red Tart" Cherries", and I add a little more real butter and a little red food coloring. This way with the 10" pan you can use all the juice (not throw it out) and it is thick and nice with the corn starch on recipe. This pan will make
the finest nicest pie crust you could ever want for!
I even rolled out the boughten refrigerator crust and worked great. Also you need their red pie crust plastic edger from this company to wrap around the crust edge. (with a couple inches of foil where it is short) And then you are in business.

solves the underdone bottom crust problem
My wife and I have tried a wide variety of glass, ceramic, and metal pie pans (and yes, we blind bakethe crusts for some filings) but until now have not been able to reliably solve the soggy or under done bottom crust problem. These pans solve that. This was or second order, we needed more for holiday baking.

Great idea!
This pie pan puts an end to the soggy bottom pie crust, and I found the crust stays crispier even after a day or two. Make sure to repair any cracks in the the crust before it bakes, and a crumb crust will work but tends to be a little messy when cutting the pie. Still superior to a crumb crust in my regular glass pie pans.
Another plus is that it is extremely easy to clean!

Crust is baked
It makes the best crust. Just wish it was 8 or 9 inches so the refridgerated crusts would fit better.
