Use and Care
Select the applicable Rosle steak and meat thermometer function according to the meat type. Each button thermometer can be used in the frying pan, in the oven and on the grill.
Avoid exposing the color-coded steak thermometers to high temperatures and use them only to measure the core temperature of a cut of meat. Do not expose the thermometers to an open flame.
Before first use and after every use, hand wipe each Rosle steak and meat thermometer with warm water and a drop of dishwashing liquid. Rinse and dry completely.
The button thermometers can be placed in the dishwasher. If the display becomes moist inside, leave it in a dry place until the display becomes clear again. Never attempt to dry the thermometers in a microwave or with any other drying equipment.
Insert the probe at least 1" into foods and never leave the color-coded steak thermometers in the oven while cooking.

great for grilling
So far I have only used the beef thermometer with perfect results, everyone's steak was done to their liking and no guess work on my part.
