Use and Care
Before using your Superstone Covered Baker, season the inside bottom with a light coating of vegetable or olive oil.
Safe for use in a conventional, convection or microwave oven to 500 F.
Be sure the Superstone covered baker cools to room temperature before washing.
Do not add any frozen foods to the baker and be sure not to expose it to extremes in temperatures, as it could break due to thermal shock.
Do not use soap on your Superstone covered baker. Rather, scrub it with a wire brush or scouring pad under running water and let air dry. Over time, your Sassafras Superstone bakeware will darken. This is part of the natural seasoning process.
