Use and Care
• Before using your Tramontina Ceramica_01 Deluxe sauce pan for the first time, hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Then season by lightly rubbing cooking oil onto the cooking surface and heating the nonstick saucepan over medium heat for two to three minutes. When cool, hand wash in warm, soapy water and rinse.
• The Tramontina Ceramica_01 sauce pan is dishwasher-safe; however, Tramontina recommends hand washing and drying to optimize the life and performance of the interior and exterior finishes.
• Interior Cleaning: The new cooking surface on your ceramic cookware ensures easy cleanup with just soap and water. Should burnt grease or food residue collect on the surface, it usually can be removed with warm water and a mild detergent. For extreme cases, residue can be removed with a thorough cleaning using Soft Scrub. Do not use abrasive cleansers, steel wool or coarse scouring pads.
• Do not use nonstick aerosol cooking sprays in your Tramontina Ceramica_01 Deluxe sauce pan. They will leave a residue, which may be difficult to remove, and will cause foods to stick to the covered sauce pan. It is best to use oil or butter to optimize your cooking experience with the ceramic-coated interior.
• To preserve the look and performance of your nonstick sauce pan, use only silicone, nylon, bamboo or wood utensils when cooking. Regardless of how hard the cooking surface is, using metal utensils or sharp objects will damage the cooking surface over time.
• Cook using low to medium heat only. Since aluminum cookware yields excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, the use of high heat is not necessary. In fact, the use of high heat can permanently discolor and damage your ceramic cookware and void the warranty.
• The Tramontina Ceramica_01 Deluxe fry pan is safe for gas, electric and ceramic cooktops; oven-safe up to 350 F (176 C). Do not use under the broiler. Always use protective mitts to safely handle hot cookware.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes such as immersing a hot frying pan in cold water. Always let the ceramic cookware cool before washing.

Easy to clean
I was pleasantly surprised when the pan showed up that inside was ceramic in my hast to order I overlooked the some of the details. The quality for the cost this was great deal. It is easy to clean and the cooking temp stays even. We use it every day and we will be upgrading the rest of our set.

Perfect pan
Love this small pan. Perfect for sauces. Doesn't stick. Nice and heavy so things don't burn. No sticking at all. Much better than teflon coated pans.

Best pan ever!
This is the best pan I have ever had the pleasure of using. I have some Pampered Chef ceramic skillets. I thought they were the best. They don't even compare to this pan. It is so good I'm splurging and buying the whole set. I can't wait for them to arrive!!
