Excellent piece is equipment!
Recently Santa had gotten me a kitchen aid stand mixer and what better to make it even more versatile but the fresh pasta rollers! They work great and clean! I'm a chef in the culinary world and it's really nice to have the same equipment at home too! It's great to make fresh linguine for dinner or even ravioli to freeze for a later use! I recommend for all home chefs and anyone who wants to start playing with your food!!!

The pasta roller set is great. Heavy duty, easy to use and clean up. KitchenAid makes an excellent product with high quality as an expected standard.

Why I Have Pasta Making Get Togethers
I am a Culinary Student and took an Italian Cuisine Class last semester. I knew half way through the semester I had to have my own pasta roller and cutter set attachments for my KitchenAid stand up mixer. I started looking for a set I could afford and found just what I wanted on the CHEFS website. I am so pleased to have easily ordered and then so quickly received my pasta set. So now I have Pasta Making Get Togethers with some of my classmates or close friends about once a week. We plan a day and time and what to make and we make some wonderful pasta and have so much fun. We used the same attachments in our Italian Cuisine Class so I knew the quality and ease of the Kitchen Aid set. Who knew that getting my own pasta roller and cutters set would lead to Friends playing with their food and enjoying it so thoroughly.

Don"t know why I waited so long to purchase this!!
Couldn't wait to use this pasta roller............worked great. Love love love it. Easy to use and fun too.

This attachment is sooo much better than what we were using. And the best part...there is no handle to keep falling off while you are trying to roll out the pasta. Best purchase ever!!!!

WhatI have always wanted
I have always made my own hand rolled noodles, and they are I m told wonderful, but it is back breaking to hand roll the noodles and takes several hours. This makes the noodles in an hour it is wonderful.

it does what it claims
using the pasta rollers gives one the opurtunity to
make an assortment of pastas and rolls out
dough with ease. I can see many uses for the
items when cooking and baking. They are a time
saver, no more rolling out dough and clean up
is fast. Rolling out cookie dough for cut outs, pierogi
ravioli,small danish, & mini crescent rolls. anyone
that has a kitchen aid app;iance should have all the
attachments.
