Delicious!
I couldn't wait yesterday for lunchtime to roll around: tender, moist cherry / oak smoked chicken on my salad. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow, this stuff is awesome!

Hard to find item!
These wood chips are hard to find so I appreciate the quick delivery and that I was able to find them at Chef's catalog. This is a great assortment of wood chips and large quantity for a great price. We love smoking salmon and veggies in our stovetop smoker. The wood chips last a long time since you only use a small amount - like a TBSP.

Smoker and wood chips goes together
Buy this with the smoker if you plan on smoking all year. I use my new smoker a lot since I bought it. Extra wood chips come in handy.

Flavour and Taste effortlessly to your cooking
Besides imparting a wonderful flavour to the meat/fish, the pleasant fragrance of wood smoking brings nostalgia of old wood stoves of my youth. For today's generation, I suggest you stomp out your maryjane, extinguish your incense and get a high on the flavour of cooking with any of the smoking chips presented by Cameron. The slow smoke easing its way out through the smoker is pleasant and not the least bit overpowering, providing you follow the instructions. I wouldn't suggest doing anything other with the chips than recommended by the manufacturer.
