Use and Care Instructions
Before using for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water with a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse in hot water and dry thoroughly
Most recipes recommend placing our pots on low heat for one or two minutes before adding foods. Low to medium heat setting is recommended for optimal cooking performance.
To clean the stainless-steel interior, immerse pan in warm water. Use a fine powder cleanser with water to form a paste. Apply paste in a circular motion using a soft cloth. Wash in hot soapy water and dry immediately. Do not use oven cleaners or cleansers with chlorine bleach. Do not use steel wool. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe to use.
The anodized exterior is exceptionally hard and requires minimum care. It is scratch- and stain-resistant and food will not stick to it. Use only warm water and mild soap to help preserve the pan's dark surface. Use only nylon scrubbing pads. Do not place LTD in the dishwasher.
