Love the Sharpener
This is a replacement for a sharpener that I have had for 25 years.........Boy, did I need this!
It does a great job sharpening all of my knives. The OLD cheapy ones are not as sharp as my good knives but they are sharp enough for what we use them for. I am sure even the cheapy ones will be great after a couple more sharpenings.
I love it and would not be without my ChefsChoice Sharpener!

Great sharpener
This was bought to replace an earlier Chefs Choice sharpener that I had bought over 20 years ago.
It is a great sharpener and I hope it lasts as long as the one replaced

WORKED BETTER THAN EXPECTED
IT TOOK DEAD DULL 30 YEAR OLD KITCHEN KNIVES FROM DEAD DULL TO ULTRA SHARP IN MINUTES, THE LAST SHARPENER I WILL EVER NEED TO OWN. BETTER THAN ANY NON-ELECTRIC SHARPENER CAN BE.

Money Saver
I was going to replace all the knives in my kitchen, what an expense that would have been. My knives over the years got dull and they just weren't doing their job very well. Then I saw a knife sharpener in a local department store and thought maybe I should give it a try, but it was pretty expensive, but one day on the computer, I found Chef's web and looked for a knife sharpener, the price you could not beat and I purchased the M110 chef's choice knife sharpener. It has sharpened all the knives in my kitchen with no problems at all. It was the best purchase that I made. No problems operating and sharpened the knives perfectly. It seems like I have New Knives.

This is a great product to have. I just replaced an old one (very old). Great quality and durability.

So far so good
This is the first sharpener I've purchased. Set-up was way easy, and use was pretty easy as well (easier than the instructions made it sound). Seemed to put a pretty nice edge on the knives. Would have given 5 stars, but the instructions were fairly confusing and made it seem a lot more complicated than it really is.
