We ordered this blind....not having any idea of what a good knife sharpener should have. We absolutely love it. It does a great job and I would recommend it highly.

we will never have a dull knife again
Purchased this for my husband after listening to him complain about his favorite knives that all see to become dull at the same time. He does all the cooking and his knives are a very important part of his kitchen. He really was amazed at how wonderful this sharpener sharpened his knives.

Sturdy & does the best job
My old one finally wore out after 25 years of reliable service in the catering business. The new one does a fabulous job and is just as easy to use. I suspect for the home user, it will be the only one you will ever have to buy. I can't get a knife any sharper with any other stone or grinder. Be careful, though. Your knife will be razor sharp!

This product is dependable and durable.
I have used mine for over twenty years. I decided to buy one for my daughter since being exposed to her dull knives at Thanksgiving!

A new tool for my husband
This was a Father's day present to my husband. He has sharpened every knife in my drawer and says he loves it. He did his research and said this is the one he wanted! He has tried to learn the art of knife sharpening for years and finally gave up and asked for a quality electric knife sharpener. He is not disappointed!

A New Carving Experience
We had a very good sharpener for years and it stopped working. I went on line to find a new one. . Chef's popped up and I decided they had what I wanted. I now have two sets of very sharp knives .
When you get older arthritis gets more active espically in the hands, a sharp knife has made our lives much easier.
My Prime Rib slices like butter now that I have Chef's sharp knives, I also wanted to be able to slice tomatoes not saw them, and now I can.

Finally a sharp knife
Everytime we had a roast or other meat that had to be carved, my husband would complain about the knives not being sharp. My sharpener arrived on a Friday and Sunday we had Roast Beef. I sharpenened the knife he always complains about without telling him. What a difference. I;m so glad I order it. Peace at last!
