Just the right size
Just the right size for a small counter. I made Pistachio butter in just a few minutes. It has a very powerful motor for the small size.

The perfect size!
This mini-prep food processor is the BEST! It has the same sturdy construction as the larger Cuisinart, and a strong motor: the big difference is that it is the PERFECT size for making hummus and dips and sauces. No need to pull out the big heavy processor; this one is small and a breeze for clean-up!

This is a great little kitchen tool....good instructions and I would reccommend it for those who do not want to drag out the larger food processor.

Love this product
I own one of these already and purchased this as a Christmas present. Perfect for when you just need to prep something small and don't want to lug out the larger food processor.

Poor Performance
The unit size, bowl size and stainless steel like finish were exactly what I wanted, however, the chopping performance was POOR. I tested it with a medium sized onion - cut the onion into quarters and tried 2 of those quarters in the bowl. Pulsated correctly just a few times. A third of the volume still had large chunks and with continued pulsating to chop those chunks, the remaining 2/3rds became mushy. Tried again by cutting the remaining onion quarters in half and the same results. The unit also had a feature to turn the blade upside down from sharp to dull, however, the feature had no safety guard to prevent finger "slips" and I tested it using wooden spoons. I returned the unit and reverted back to my old 10yr+ mini food processor which works perfectly fine, but not trendy looking for my countertop.

Mini-Prep
I have used this little mini-prep for over a year now and just love it. It is perfect for the many little jobs for everyday cooking. I recently pucrhased two more to give as gifts this year.
