For years I used an inexpensive, old fashioned roasting pan believing that it did not make a difference. This year, I bought a new All Clad roasting pan and what a difference it made. It was easy to use - to lift and take out of the oven. Getting the turkey out of the pan was a breeze. My turkey was perfect and I was able to make perfect gravy right in the roasting pan and unlike my old pan, it cleaned up easily and beautifully. Learn More
