I've been using my Wusthof Classic (white-handled) knives for about 30 years. The only knives that have needed replacing in all these years is are the paring knives. I keep them sharp using an old Chef's Choice electric sharpening system. There is no discernible wear on the knives after all these years. Wusthof knives spoil you for any other knives. Learn More
