Use and Care
Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash the Nordic Ware Platinum cathedral Bundt cake pan with hot soapy water.
Before each use, brush nonstick Bundt cake pan with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or spray with a nonstick oil spray and dust pan with flour.
Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the 10-cup Bundt pan to no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
The Nordic Ware nonstick cathedral Bundt cake pan is oven-safe to 450 F but not safe for broiler.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on the nonstick surface. Use only nylon, coated or wooden utensils.
