I love these pans. They are large, heavy nice pans. I bought 2 for myself and 2 to give as gifts and will purchase more. I was very impressed with them.

Very happy with my baking pans
They are just the pans I have been wanting for a long time. I never did like the nonstick ones that I use for years.I am very happy with these pans.

Forget Teflon sheets
Thereâs nothing like commercial grade baking sheets. These sheets do an amazing job of heating evenly so you wonât get hot spots that lead to uneven browning on the bottoms of cookies and other items. Their thickness prevents them warping and helps along that distribution of heat. Never had a problem with anything sticking to them, regardless of what I was making. I should also note I have slow roasted tomatoes with a balsamic dressing on them and didnât get have any chemical reaction like you can sometimes with cheap aluminum and acidic liquids.

Cleaning problems
I love the baking pans but am having a hard time keeping them looking like new. Can someone tell me what to use to clean the baking sheets to keep them looking new?
