Use and Care Instructions Before using for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water with a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse in hot water and dry thoroughly. Hand-washing is recommended throughout the life of the cookware.
Most recipes recommend placing cookware on low heat for one or two minutes before adding foods.
Low to medium heat setting is recommended for optimal cooking performance.
To clean the stainless-steel interior, allow the cookware to cool, then immerse cookware in warm water. Use a fine powder cleanser with water to form a paste. Apply paste using a soft cloth. Rub in a circular motion from the center outward. Wash in hot, soapy water, dry immediately. Do not use oven cleaners or cleansers with chlorine bleach. Do not use steel wool.
The stainless-steel exterior requires minimum care. Polish cookware with a non-chlorine stainless-steel cleaner. Add a little water to cleaner to make paste. Using a soft cloth, rub paste in a circular motion over cookware. Rinse well lukewarm water and dry immediately. Do not use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe to use. You may put Copper-Core cookware in the dishwasher, but the copper band will tarnish.
