great knike
this knife is extremely sharp and perfect for cutting vegetables such as tomatoes. I have been very happy with every wusthof classic knife I have purchased and the utility knife is a welcome addition.

I finally got to use this knife, after making bread, it works wonderful, but I think I need the larger size..Next item I will purchase for sure..Keep carrying Wusthof products, and I will definately own them all..

great all purpose knife
One of the best knives I have ever purchased! Made easy work of our thanksgiving turkey. It is the first knife I reach for for cutting vegetables, slicing roasts, etc. Warning: this knife is extremely sharp, and well worth the cost.

The Knife to Die For
I use this knife for slicing anything - bread, tomatoes, melon, cheese. I can't imagine how I ever cooked without it. It has made life in the kitchen much easier.
I would warn that it is very sharp and when I use it to peel mangoes, I wear a steel glove. For everything else, exercise care. The good news is that it cuts like a dream.

USED DAILY
THIS IS THE KNIFE FOR THE CHOP. WE COOK EVERYTHING WITH ONIONS, GREEN PEPPERS, CELERY,GREEN ONIONS AND PARSLEY. CAJUN STYLE. CAREFUL IT IS SHARP

Get This Knife
This knife makes slicing as easy as it can be. Whether I'm slicing an apple or a tomato, this knife goes through it like I'm slicing butter. I use it for most prep work. The only downside (which is really an upside) is that it is extremely sharp and will literally cut through anything with little effort on your part.
