Cleaning and Care
• Always unplug unit when not in use, before inserting or removing parts and before cleaning
• Never immerse power unit in water
• Wash all parts except motor unit in hot soapy water, using care when handling the sharp blades
• Do not place removable parts in dishwasher
• Motor base may be wiped clean with a damp cloth or sponge
• Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasives on any part of the grinder
• Cutting blade and plate should be coated with cooking oil after washing to keep lubricated
