These strainers are the most versitle set of tools in my entire kitchen! The smallest strainer is great for making a cup of tea or straining lemon juice. While the largest I use for sieving deviled egg filling or pureed asparagus for creamy deviled eggs and silky smooth cream soup. The medium sized strainers are great for sieving custard or just retrieving small batches of pasta or vegetables from boiling water. Finally, the strainers are very durable which allows for a variety of uses in the kithcen. Learn More
