CHEFS Tip: Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
  sea salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 F. Toss asparagus with 2 tablespoons olive oil and place on baking sheet. Roast in oven for 10 minutes, or until asparagus begins to darken. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
