Easy Frittata


4 jumbo eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheese, of choice
1 cup vegetables, of choice
3/4 cup cooked meat, of choice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease an 8-inch, oven-safe fry pan. Add meat and vegetables to pan and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs together with milk until well combined. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture over meat and vegetables.

Cook in preheated oven 25 to 35 minutes until eggs are completely set and edges have browned. A toothpick, when inserted in the center, should come out clean. Allow to rest three to four minutes before inverting on a plate.

Makes one frittata.
