Preheat toaster oven to 450 F. Preheat baking stone or lightly grease pizza pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. Let to stand 10 minutes to allow yeast to bloom. Stir in flour, oil, and salt. Mix until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until elastic. Roll out into a round or pat into shape on a cornmeal dusted pizza peel or greased pizza pan.
Spread sauce, cheese, and toppings evenly across the surface of the dough.
Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for five minutes before serving. Makes 1, 12-inch pizza.
