S'mores Crispy Treats

Ingredients

6 cups puffed rice cereal (e.g., Rice Krispies Cereal)
3 tablespoons salted butter
8 cups miniature marshmallows, divided (16-ounce bag)
3 cups graham crackers, 2 cups coarsely chopped, 1 cup finely chopped
4 cups milk chocolate chips, divided (24-ounces)

Cooking Instructions

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. If desired, first line the baking pan with aluminum foil and then lightly grease.

In a large bowl combine rice cereal , coarsely chopped graham crackers and 2-1/2 cups of chocolate chips.

In large sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add 6-1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows, and stir constantly until marshmallows are melted and smooth. Pour melted marshmallows over rice cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle remaining marshmallows evenly over the top of the rice cereal mixture.

In a medium bowl, heat remaining chocolate over boiling water until just melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over marshmallow topped rice treats. Immediately sprinkle with finely chopped graham crackers. Let set for 30 minutes to an hour until chocolate has set.
