Cowboy Burgers
Burgers that pack a whallop with jalapeno peppers!
Ingredients

2 pounds
|
ground beef
|
|
8 ounces
|
bacon, cooked and cut in 1/2-inch pieces
|
|
8 ounces
|
sharp cheddar cheese, coarsely shredded
|
|
1/2 cup
|
finely chopped red onion
|
|
2
|
jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
|
|
2 cloves
|
garlic, minced
|
|
1 teaspoon
|
sea salt
|
|
1 teaspoon
|
freshly ground black pepper
|
Cooking Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Using your hands or a hamburger press, form each portion into a patty. Cook on a hot grill until desired doneness.
